Trefnu Ti offers a decluttering service located in mid Wales SY20, extending services to the surrounding areas (subject to terms and conditions). I am Welsh speaking so please feel free to contact me in both Welsh or English. My goal is to help clients address cluttered spaces ranging from cupboards to entire homes, including both indoor and outdoor areas. Additionally, I organise paperwork, office spaces, and provide assistance with packing for relocations or in the event of a bereavement.

A 2 hour consultation visit is recommended for most decluttering jobs to discuss clients wishes and will then include a plan of one room/area of choice and list of recommended items and possible costings for the customer. No consultation is needed for packing up and moving unless there is a need to declutter the items.

I am able to travel within 30 minutes from my home SY20 area free of charge, I will also consider travelling further afield for an additional fee, this will be discussed when you get in touch.

Together, we will review everything and determine what you no longer need, what is no longer suitable, and what items no longer spark joy for you. Decluttering is not about throwing away everything you own, but about finding the things that you love and giving everything a home.
Some cleaning supplies beforehand may be useful, and boxes to sort the items into. You won’t need to purchase any equipment or storage furniture beforehand also we can reuse any items you may already have for storage.

Consultation
£70 to be paid for upon booking,
Includes: Up to a 2-hour visit or phone consultation to discuss clients wishes and will then include a plan of one room/area of choice and list of recommended items and possible costings for the customer.
For house moves or small area declutters (wardrobe etc) this doesn’t require a consultation unless the need for decluttering before the move, just get in touch.
Fee
£20 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours per booking
Additional Costs if required:
It is the client responsibility to dispose of and sell unwanted items.
I require space to park should there be any parking charges these will also be payable by the client.
Confidentiality:
We respect your privacy so any personal and sensitive information shared during the service will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed without client’s consent, except where required by law. Photos and testimonials will only be shared if you are happy for me to do this.

Accidental Damage
While we take every precaution to handle your belongings with care, accidents may occur. Our liability for any accidental damage to your property during organising services is limited as outlined below.
